It all started in 2009 in Wānaka, a little mountain town in the Southern Alps of New Zealand. Here, our headquarters shares the same valleys and ridgelines as our Merino sheep and our local riders.

Mons Royale Innsbruck
In November 2024, we opened a pop-up store in Innsbruck on the main street. A few months later, we made it permanent, moving into a space just around the corner in the heart of the Austrian Alps.

In November 2024, we launched our flagship retail store in Whistler, putting Merino into the heart of the Sea-to-Sky region in British Columbia, Canada, and showing up for our riders across the globe.
